How to Copy/Paste Highlighted Data in MS Word Document

Microsoft word is considered to be the simplest software for drafting and documentation. Document creation is a time taking job but with some small tips you can wrap up big deals in a little time.

Let us tell you how you can copy all highlighted data in a multi pages Word document and paste it to another document with a little effort and a short time:

Click on the arrow sign with “Find”

Click on “Advanced Find”

Click on “More”

Click on “Format”

Click on “Highlight”

Click on “Find In”

Select “Main Document”

Open another document in which you wish to paste the highlighted text, Press CTRL+V to paste data
