Step 01: Cleansing
Milk is a natural cleanser and moisturizer for your skin.
Take a piece of cotton, dip in pure milk and cleanse your hands and feet.
Step 02: Scrubbing
Scrubbing is the most important part of your treatment. Scrubbing removes dirt, pollution and dead skin cells which makes your skin looks dull.
Brown Sugar 02 tablespoon
Lemon Juice 01 tablespoon
Olive oil 01 tablespoon
Mix them all very well until you get a thick paste. Apply on your hands and feet with a brush or finger. Leave it for 15 minutes. Then scrub gently and wash with warm water.
Step 03: Moisturizing
Dirt and pollution dehydrates your skin. To maintain the hydration of your skin, you have to moisturize your skin after scrubbing.
Barley Flour 02 tablespoon
Gram Flour 01 tablespoon
Cucumber Juice 01 tablespoon
Rose Water 01 tablespoon
Mix well and make a thick paste. Apply on your hands and feet and leave for 15 minutes. Then wash it off and pat dry.
Repeat this process once a week to get soft and beautiful hands and feet.
